Original and rare; Japanese Navy D4Y late-war blue/green camouflage rudder fabric, paired with Ron Cole's new artwork, depicting the D4Y4 'kamikaze' variant (equipped with RATO rockets) in its final dive.
This fabric was taken from an abandoned D4Y at Clark Field in the Philippines, along with several aluminum sections of skinning, one with a portion of red tail code (since there was no Aotake on the reverse of the metal, it was a late war-produced aircraft).
Each section of fabric is 1 x 2-inches.
Each display is 13x19-inches, and signed & numbered by the artist - one of only about 30.
