All items sold by Cole's Aircraft, except apparel and 40x60-inch canvases, are made to order in our Zanesville, Ohio studio. Apparel ships directly to the customer from the manufacturer. All 40x60-inch canvases ship directly to the customer from the manufacturer.
Customers may expect a turnaround period of up to three weeks from the placement of an order to delivery, as all items are made to order, though all relic displays and framed prints from 13x19-inces and smaller will typically be delivered within one to two weeks.
All orders shipped from our Cole's Aircraft studio are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise stipulated by the customer. Apparel and large canvases will typically ship using Federal Express.
