Extremely well-preserved linen section of Hawker Hurricane Trop taken from an unserviceable aircraft by Col. George Burling Jerrett (later known as 'The Junkman Who Defeated Romell') near Sollum, Egypt on June 1st, 1942, and gifted to noted collector Robert Boehme via letter in March 1943.
The first in this short series of relic displays will include fabric with at least two of the preserved colors (tan/yellow or yellow/blue). The last in this series will be desert tan camouflage only.
Each piece is roughly 2x1.25-inches.
Display size 11x17-inches. Signed and numbered.
