Douglas A-26 Invader Relic Display

This Douglas A-26B (s/n 44-34104) Invader was delivered to the United States Army Air Corps in February 1945. Records show that it saw combat during the Korean War, and returned to the United States in 1956. In 1963 she was sold to the Nicaraguan Air Force (as FAN-420). By 1977 she was under restoration in Chino, California. As of 2002, the aircraft was still being rebuilt with plans to make this historic Invader airworthy again.
